Bizorent wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find information about our services and contact us, regardless of ability or the technology they use.

1. Our approach

This website has been designed and built with the aim of following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably possible. WCAG is an internationally recognized standard, and the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards in Ontario reference WCAG guidance for web content.

We have not obtained a formal third-party accessibility audit or certification. This statement describes our intentions and the measures we have taken, rather than a claim of full conformance.

2. Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML structure with headings, landmarks and lists so content can be navigated with assistive technologies.
  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of each page.
  • Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu, the mobile menu and the cookie settings dialog.
  • Clearly visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Text and background colours chosen for sufficient contrast.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Form fields with visible labels, clear required-field indicators and error messages that are announced to assistive technologies.
  • Support for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system, which disables non-essential animation.
  • Responsive layouts that work with browser zoom and on small screens.

3. Known limitations

Some decorative diagrams on the website are illustrative and convey general concepts rather than data; they include short text descriptions. If you find any content that is difficult to access, please let us know so we can improve it.
